There are all sorts of different people in the world, with all different physiology and metabolisms, but for everyone especially the young people who are still growing, having a healthy diet and some exercise to stay fit is critical. People are always asking how to lose weight fast and this is the key. Some extreme diets can deprive the adolescent body of the necessary nutrients required for growth with some indications that the harmful effects of extreme dieting during adolescence can have a detrimental effect throughout adult life. Such children may well consistently overeat in later life leading to the many illnesses associated with excess fat and ultimately obesity. This is a high price to pay for a lack of exercise as a child, but one which is too prevalent in society today. “
