Must We Paint Or Stain Concrete Floors?
Everybody knows that concrete floors are a versatile surface that is inexpensive and stress-free to look after. Every person also knows that those identical floors are extremely uninteresting and do little to attach worth to a household. But, there are a small number of ways to get new life to these floors, not including having to invest in pricey flooring or extensive diy projects.
The primary alternative is to just use concrete floor staining. Whereas standard epoxy will not hold suitably on stained concrete, there are various particularly formulated concrete flooring paint. These are usually part epoxy, and hold up quite well to traffic and weather conditions.
An alternative and cool option are stained concrete floors. When you attempt with this procedure you are essentially applying a low score concrete to transform the natural structure of the flooring. This change is lasting and results in some actually good-looking and special colors.
Despite the fact that both are good options there are several draw backs to each. Painting concrete floors is not a stable resolution, and it will wear down and break off over time. The opposite is true with stained concrete floors, once you use the stain whatever outcome you get is permanent. Since it is a chemical consequence you can in no way be certain precisely what you are going to get.
