Pros: good speed, client can be hosted in Europe or USA (California) and pretty fast support

Cons: recovering from the backup might take up to 48 hours as they do it manually; their old datacenter in Texas was slow, but they moved all clients to California and it is OK now.

I would recommend ResellersPanel hosting to everyone who doesn’t want to have headache dealing with support and cPanel
